Important: Please read our return policy carefully. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. No exceptions will be made.
Returns
Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as received

Unworn and unused

In its original packaging

For items where hygiene is relevant, these must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Underwear
-
Lingerie
-
Tights
-
Certain personal care or grooming products
Additionally, sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please send an email to support@elanmode.uk including:

Your order number

The reason for return

A photo of the item (in case of damage)

Important:
Returns must be sent to the designated return address provided by our support team.
If a customer sends a return to any other address, including the address printed on the package label, the return will not be processed and no refund will be issued.
Refunds
Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued within 30 days to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days:

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not liable for lost returns.

All returns must be sent to China. Return shipping costs start at approximately €20, depending on your location.
Exceptions
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or wrong item:

We will send you a replacement free of charge.

If the same issue occurs again, you will receive a full refund.
Order Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, due to our automated processing system.
