Return & Refund Policy – Élanmode UK

Important: Please read our return policy carefully. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. No exceptions will be made.


Returns

Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • For items where hygiene is relevant, these must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Underwear

  • Lingerie

  • Tights

  • Certain personal care or grooming products

Additionally, sale items are not eligible for return or refund.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please send an email to support@elanmode.uk including:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • A photo of the item (in case of damage)

  • Your contact details

Important:
Returns must be sent to the designated return address provided by our support team.
If a customer sends a return to any other address, including the address printed on the package label, the return will not be processed and no refund will be issued.


Refunds

Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued within 30 days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank or payment provider

  • Still no refund? Email us at support@elanmode.uk


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not liable for lost returns.

  • All returns must be sent to China. Return shipping costs start at approximately €20, depending on your location.


Exceptions

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or wrong item:

  • We will send you a replacement free of charge.

  • If the same issue occurs again, you will receive a full refund.

Order Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, due to our automated processing system.
